Superclerk asks and listens a request, ready for your next step
Superclerk replies to customer emails in the same Gmail thread, asks for missing details and returns the result fields you choose. Connect your next business steps after the conversation before publishing.
Opens in Superclerk as a draft. Nothing runs until you publish it.

Why it helps
-
Keep the whole exchange together
Questions and customer replies stay in the existing Gmail thread and its Superclerk inbox.
-
An answer your process can use
Define the information to collect, then pass it to the business steps you add after the conversation.
-
Follow-ups are your choice
One reminder goes out after 24 hours without an answer. Change its timing and message, or remove it.

Questions
Does it send replies or save drafts?
It sends replies. The connected Gmail channel must be set to Send replies; a mailbox configured only to save drafts cannot run this conversation.
Can it start a new outbound email thread?
No. This template starts with a customer email and continues that exact existing thread.
What happens if the customer doesn't answer?
The goal waits until the deadline you configure. It sends one reminder after 24 hours without an answer. You can connect a separate step for no response or for an error.
What do I need to set up?
Choose the mailbox's agent and define the goal and result fields, then publish the workflow for that mailbox; publishing turns it on there. The mailbox must send replies.
