A new email in
Gmail
Superclerk files it, drafts a reply a draft waits for you in
Gmail
Superclerk reads each new email in Gmail, files it under one of four labels you choose and, when it needs an answer, saves a reply draft written in your style. You send it. Nothing goes out on its own.
Opens in Superclerk as a draft. Nothing runs until you publish it. 2 steps ask you first.

Why it helps
-
Drafts, never sends
Replies wait as Gmail drafts in the same thread, so you can read, edit and send them yourself.
-
Sounds like you
Before it writes, it reads three short emails you've sent and matches your tone.
-
Knows when to stay quiet
It skips the draft when you've already replied, a draft exists or the email needs no answer.
What you’ll set up
What setup asks you to choose. Then publish. Nothing runs until you do.

Questions
Will it send emails for me?
No. It saves reply drafts in Gmail. Sending is always up to you.
Which labels does it use?
Four labels you pick: one each for mail that needs attention, FYIs, notifications and marketing. Create them in Gmail first if you don't have them.
Does it ask before changing my inbox?
Yes. Applying a label and saving a draft each wait for your approval in Superclerk, five minutes by default. You can change that before you publish.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It only drafts a reply when the email gives it enough to go on, and it won't make up prices, dates or promises.
