A lead arrives by Webhook
Superclerk asks you first a new contact in
HubSpot
When a lead comes in from your website form or another tool, Superclerk creates a contact in your HubSpot account with their name, email and company. You approve each one before it's created.
Opens in Superclerk as a draft. Nothing runs until you publish it. One step asks you first.

Why it helps
-
No copying between tabs
Leads go straight from the form into HubSpot, with each field in the right place.
-
You approve each contact
Nothing is created until you say yes, so junk submissions never reach your CRM.
-
Works with any form
Anything that can send a web request can create contacts, not only HubSpot forms.

Questions
Does it update contacts I already have?
No. It creates a new contact each time. It doesn't merge duplicates or add extra details.
What does a submission need?
A first name, last name, email and company.
Which HubSpot account does it use?
The one you connect and choose during setup. New contacts belong to that account.
