A customer messages your
Facebook Page
Superclerk asks and listens a request, ready for your next step
When a customer messages your Facebook Page, Superclerk asks follow-up questions in the same Messenger chat and collects the details you choose. Add business steps after the conversation to use the result.
Opens in Superclerk as a draft. Nothing runs until you publish it.

Why it helps
-
One conversation, start to finish
The customer's replies continue the active conversation instead of starting the process over.
-
Collect what your team needs
Set the goal and the result fields, such as the service requested and a short summary.
-
Your team can take over
Answer from Meta Business Suite or from Superclerk, and the agent stops replying to that customer.

Questions
Can it message people who haven't contacted me?
No. This template starts when a customer messages your Page. It does not start conversations with people who haven't written to you.
How long can it keep replying?
Automated replies must stay within Messenger's 24-hour window after the customer's message. Set conversation deadlines before publishing; a deadline does not extend that window.
Does it send reminders automatically?
Yes. If the customer hasn't answered, it follows up after 10 minutes and again after 3 hours. You can change or remove them, and every follow-up still has to fit Messenger's window.
What do I need to connect?
Sign in with Facebook and choose the Page. In Meta Business Suite, turn off its Instant reply and Away message, so customers don't get two answers. If the Page uses Meta Business AI, turn on Take control of conversations with your Business AI.
